This season's influenza vaccine is scheduled to start October 3rd (Tuesday). Vaccinations can be given from 6 months of age and older, with children aged 6 months to under 13 years being vaccinated twice at an interval of 2 weeks, and children 13 years of age and older and adults being vaccinated once. The price is 3,000 yen, same as last year. Reservations are available up to one month in advance every day. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Influenza vaccination times are arranged on a tight timetable. Please be prepared to arrive on time for your reservation time. And we are unable to accept requests for prescriptions. Thank you again for your cooperation.

Please download, print, and fill out the pre-examination form from this URL and bring it with you. We also have this form available at the clinic, so we can give it to you even before the vaccination date. If you do not have this form on the day of your appointment, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to take the time to fill out it.
