In addition, you will now be able to make appointments directly from the LINE Rich Menu.
● About Logging In
Your ID and password remain the same.
You can log in using the same information you have used previously.
● For Appointments on or after December 22
A link to the new reservation system will be posted on the current system’s notice section.
Please make your appointment through that link.
If you already have an appointment scheduled for December 22 or later,
our staff has transferred your reservation to the new system,
so you do not need to make your reservation again.
Any changes to your appointment can be made within the new system.
● Important Notes
If you have bookmarked the current reservation site,
please note that you will no longer be able to make appointments from that link after December 22.
We kindly ask that you update your bookmark after accessing the new reservation page via:● Our clinic website, or
● The LINE Rich Menu.
Additionally, vaccination records cannot be transferredfrom the old system.

• Enhanced Pre-Visit Questionnaire
By receiving your information beforehand, we can better prepare and reduce waiting time.
• LINE Integration
We will be able to send updates on vaccine availability, influenza vaccination schedules,
and important notifications during events such as pandemics.
Appointment reminders will also be sent automatically.
If you prefer not to receive notifications, you may turn them off in LINE.
• Waiting List Function
You may join a waiting list when appointments are full.
While this does not guarantee a slot, cancellations do occur daily.
Notifications will be sent via LINE or email.
• Improved Security & Stability
With secure cloud-based servers, your information is better protected.
In addition, system downtime caused by building power outages will no longer occur.
• Credit Card Pre-Registration
Mainly used during the influenza vaccination season, this allows smoother checkout and reduces waiting time.
We understand that system changes may cause inconvenience.
However, we believe the new system will provide a safer, easier, and more accessible experience for all patients.
